Preventative Maintenance
 

It is a fact that IT systems and infrastructure require on-going support and maintenance to keep them running smoothly and to prevent failure. It is better to schedule downtime to resolve a problem than have the network come to a standstill during the business day.

Through Remote Support tools, pTWO Networks are able to ensure that the system health is monitored. Ensuring that any relevant and necessary service packs or security fixes have been applied, that the data backup has run successfully, the Anti-Virus protection is up to date, there is sufficient hard disk space for the system to operate effectively and for the storing of data files. The system event logs are checked for highlighted errors or warnings.

Remedial action will NOT be taken to update or change a system without prior notification and scheduling. Change Control is an important part of maintaining a stable environment and pTWO Networks want to ensure that we enhance the overall stability of the system.
Support Costs
The costs of the support services are largely dependant on the size of the particular network and the level of service required. It is important to remember, with the exception of a small monthly retainer fee, the charges are only for actual time incurred. Unused or over drawn support time will be carried forward and reviewed quarterly or at the end of the contract term.

With our fixed price options, customers can benefit by knowing that their IT costs will not exceed budget. Services will be delivered and systems will be maintained to our normal high standards.
